Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

1-7 Business Days (This Excludes Weekends & Holidays). You can expect a tracking number once the order processing has begun. 

I'm working to fill your order as quickly as possible, but this is a one-man shop right now. The assembly and sometimes the crafting of your wallet is often completed after your order is placed. 

I appreciate your continued patience and support while I work towards improving and scaling my online store and leather craft shop.

In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order. If this happens we will do our best to contact you ahead of time.

2. Domestic Shipping

Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping. Within that window, please note that we will pass off your order to your local USPS office.

If shipped with expedited shipping, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days with USPS Priority, and 2 business days with USPS 2-Day.

Large orders may be shipped through USPS Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your package in 1-3 business days.

 

3. 2-Day Shipping

Fed Ex & UPS offers 2-Day shipping. This shipping service allows customers to receive their orders in half the time.  This service may take longer than 3 Business days. Please Note: That any faster shipping options paid for by the customer cannot be refunded.


4. International Shipping

International shipping is done through Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. If a country is not available, a customer will not be able to check out. Free shipping policies are not eligible for international countries. We do not cover associated duties or tariffs. 5. Shipping Liability 

Haptic Wallets is not liable for an order that is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.

We ship all products to the address that the customer provides, it is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address.

Our shipping carrier uses a geometric scan to verify the exact location of delivery to ensure our customers receive the products they ordered to the address that is provided at checkout.
